Matt Wiencek founded ClearDraw after experiencing over a 30 year career as an engineer how construction draw packages, contractor invoices, change orders, and payment receipts can turn into a multi-week administrative logjam. Across multi-draw projects, property owners, general contractors, and construction lenders frequently spend dozens of hours manually cross-checking PDFs, smartphone receipt photos, and spreadsheet schedules of values just to verify where project dollars went.

Built on the principle of “More Building. Less Paperwork.”, ClearDraw combines structured document intake, automated optical character recognition (OCR), cost-center tagging, and independent mathematical verification to transform raw draw folders into clean, audit-ready Excel (.xls) reconciliation reports.
